In our project, we are developing new, innovative health promotion services through forest prevention in three countries (Germany, Portugal, Hungary). The focus is on young people with disabilities and/or social disadvantages, who are often difficult to reach.

Together with youth workers, we are developing accessible digital learning materials and practical exercises in the forest to help them carry out activities tailored to the needs of this group.

We are designing an accessible training course and digital learning materials in four languages (English, German, Portuguese, and Hungarian) that are specifically designed to harness the positive influence of the forest on health and well-being. The course promotes the target group's performance, attention, body awareness, mindfulness, resilience, and activity level through targeted exercises carried out in the forest.

The most important outcome of the project is the accessible, tested training course for youth workers. This will be available online and on mobile devices, together with the accompanying digital learning materials – at any time and in four different languages. Our aim is to make these resources as accessible and flexible as possible so that they offer real added value for everyone involved.
